My career began in the superyacht industry at a young age, where I honed my skills in luxury service and operations before transitioning to managing grand mountain estates in Park City, Utah; Northern Montana and private Bahamian island properties. With extensive international and domestic experience, I have worked on the most exclusive residences and vessels worldwide, gaining invaluable insight into the industry’s demands.

As my career evolved, I took on leadership roles, overseeing estates and yachts while also managing staff placements. My firsthand experience in these roles allows me to expertly match top-tier talent with discerning clients all while building long lasting professional relationships. In addition to staffing, I am a trained butler and have provided silver service training to estates nationwide.

Having personally hired and managed elite teams throughout my career, I understand the nuances of each position, ensuring a tailored and seamless placement process.
